Return/Exchange Policy:

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, or you need a different size, please contact our office at (1-303-543-2241) and we will give you an authorization number to make an exchange. Returned items will not be accepted without an authorization number. Returned items must be in the condition in which received and must be received within 14 days of the invoice date for an exchange of equal or greater value. No refunds, exchanges only. Special Orders and custom engraved items cannot be exchanged. All sales are final for engraved pieces.

Please wrap items to be exchanged securely and send back to us with a copy of your invoice. Shipping fees on purchased items will not be reimbursed. Please understand that we have to adhere to this return policy and cannot make exceptions. CANDORI has a reputation of fabulous customer service and we want to cater to our customers with the utmost attention. As a special gift, we offer FREE standard mail shipping to all our customers on all purchases.  Please allow 5 - 10 days for your purchase to be processed and received.  If you would like your order sooner please contact us at info@candorijewelry.com or 1-303-543-2241.

Complimentary Gift Wrapping:

All CANDORI pieces come placed in their own white frosted translucent drawstring bag with shimmering CANDORI card.  For gifts, please include in comment box on check out page any wording that you would like to be included on an enclosed CANDORI card.

Warranty Policy:

CANDORI pieces are made with the utmost care and durability. If for some reason your piece needs a repair due to malfunction within the jewelry components, repairs will be complimentary for the first Ninety (90) days after purchased invoice date. If you have a repair, please call our office for a repair authorization number at (1-303-543-2241). Complimentary Ninety (90) day repairs are only applied to faulty manufacturing and not to damage due to normal wear and tear and/or breaking due to dropping. CANDORI will not be held liable for any pieces outside of the Ninety (90) day warranty repair period. After the Ninety (90) day warranty period, a repair fee will be applied to each item depending on the repair as needed.
